This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, if the pleadings in the C.P. No.161 of 2017 are already completed, the wife will be permitted to file her version within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order and the C.P. No.161 of 2017 will be disposed of within a period of nine months thereafter.

Since this order is passed at the admission stage, let an authenticated copy of this order be also served on the wife. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as
