Pursed the prayer made in the writ petition.

It is submitted by Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State that with the passage of time the petitioner has retied from service on attaining the age of superannuation and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the Petitioner is given liberty to revive this application by filing an appropriate petition in the event the cause of action still survives.
