This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the Opposite Parties to release all the arrear dues amounting to Rs.1,11,242/- within a stipulated period of time. 4.
Considering the limited nature of prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider and calculate the arrear dues as claimed and payable to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if the same has not yet been paid to the Petitioner 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
