WPC(OACP) No.291 of 2012 Manoranjan Biswal ....

Petitioner Mr.S.K.Nayak, Adv.

-versusState of Odisha & others ....

Opposite Parties Mr.Biswajeet Mohanty, SC (For School and Mass Education)

CORAM:

MR. JUSTICE S.K. PANIGRAHI

ORDER

18.02.2022 Order No.

1.This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. The petitioner has approached before the Tribunal in the year 2012 seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay the arrear differential salary to him as per bill submitted by headmaster of the school vide Annexure-3. But by efflux of time the WPC(OACP) has lost its relevance and cause of action raised therein does not seem to be surviving. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge LB
