Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties produces a letter dated 23.03.2022 issued by the Commandant, 6th India Reserve Battalion, Khurda, wherein it is stated that the relief sought has been granted to the petitioner. Meaning thereby, the petitioner has been reinstated in service. The letter so produced be kept on record. 4.
