This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for a direction to the Opposite Parties to release the Final Pension and D.C.R.G. amount in favour of the Petitioner by calculating the service period rendered by the Petitioner from 12.12.1965 to 31.01.2000 as qualifying service and further prays for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 4 to finalize the pension within a stipulated period of time and release the same in favour of the Petitioner.

Considering the limited nature of prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 4 to finalize the pension and D.C.R.G. amount in favour of the Petitioner as due and admissible under the relevant rules and the
// 2 // same shall be paid to him, if not already paid, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
