Undisputedly the Petitioner involved herein has died in the Order No.

meantime and the appeal was brought challenging the draft charges. 2.

Perused the order-sheet involving O.A. No.132(C) of 2013 and finds, there is no stay order operating involving the disciplinary proceeding involved herein. As a consequence, this Court observes, in the event the disciplinary proceeding has come to an end and the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner have any cause of action involving financial benefits, it is open to them to make appropriate representation to the competent authority for appropriate relief. 3.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
