Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties produces a letter dated 10.03.2022 issued by the Addl. Supdt. Of Police, State Police Hdqrs., Cuttack, wherein it is stated that the relief sought has been granted to the petitioner. Meaning thereby, the petitioner has been reinstated in service. The letter so produced in Court be kept on record.
