Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is serious allegation of non-disposal of Revision Case No.597 of 1992. It is also admitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is difficulty on the part of the competent authority to take up the matter for loss of such file. 3.

Keeping the above submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in view, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition observes, in the event records involving the Revision Case No.597 of 1992 are not traceable, Petitioners shall be provided with at least seven days' time from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner for production of the revision petition with all documents enabling the authority to reconstitute the file and take up the proceeding accordingly. In the event the file is reconstituted, there shall be disposal of the proceeding at least within a period of three months thereafter, but
