This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 1st December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 01.05.2015. Further, the matter was dismissed for nonprosecution on 06.09.2013, restored to the file of the learned Tribunal on 24.03.2015 and after the said date, it has never been taken up.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that he does not have up-to-date instruction to prosecute the matter before this Court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
