Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that analogues matter had come up before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 1507 of 2013 and batch of cases, which were disposed of vide order dated 24.04.2017 allowing the claim made by the Petitioners therein. Challenging such order, the State had preferred W.P.(C) No. 32329 of 2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 15.03.2022. Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 24.04.2017 passed in O.A. No. 1507 of 2013.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the order dated 24.04.2017 passed in O.A. No. 1507 of 2013.
