1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.294/323/307/506/34 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present Petitioner is having three criminal antecedents to his credit.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application. The ABLAPL is accordingly rejected. (Chittaranjan Dash) Judge KC Bisoi
