RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 6th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that matter was never taken up after 30.03.2015.

The original application was filed by the petitioners inter alia challenging the advertisement dated 10.08.2013 issued by the opposite party no.4-Chief District Veterinary Officer, Cuttack for appointment of Livestock Inspector for the district Cuttack.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter for the present.
