1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3. In this CRLMC, the Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No.76 of 2014.
4. Though this Court is not inclined to interfere with the trial process work of the trial court, but considering the length of pendency of the aforesaid case, the court in seisin over the matter is requested to complete the trial in G.R. Case No.76 of 2014 within a period of eight months from today.
5. With the above observations, this CRLMC is disposed of.
6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide
