1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner challenges the action of the opposite parties in not regularizing the period of suspension and withholding his salary w.e.f. 16.01.2013 without any reason.
4. The age of the present petitioner reflects as 53 in the verification column of the O.A. It seems the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The cause of action agitated by the petitioner seems to have lost its significance. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
