Heard learned counsel for the parties 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite parties to release the benefits under the provisions of TBA scale of pay with effect from 23.07.2005 by taking into consideration the completion of 15 years of service in the same post from the date of appointment as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 24821 of 2011 decided on 14.09.2011 and in the case of W.P.(C) No. 6044 of 2022 decided on 17.02.2021. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration Annexure-5, within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, taking into consideration Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
