This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash Annexure-2 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to take all such steps for identification of the specified land to each petitioners in alternate site at Khojanpalli near Balangir town and provide all infrastructure for construction of houses with water and electricity facilities prior to eviction from the present place of residence of the petitioners.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already made representation before the Opposite Party no.2 vide Annexure-3, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the

petitioners vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
