Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that since during the pendency of the Writ Petition the petitioner has died, he has no instruction in this matter.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed, however, if any cause of action still subsists, it is open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate authority.
