The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to disburse the commuted value of pension as due and admissible to the petitioner along with interest @ 22% forthwith and to disburse the legitimate RACP benefit.

As it appears, the Collector, Nayagarh has already recommended the case of the Petitioner to the Accountant General, Odisha vide letter dated 01.09.2016 along with the Original Service Book of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.4 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the Collector Nayagarh under Annexure-3, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
