The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Financer-Axis Bank Ltd., Bhubaneswar to rephrase the loan dues by fixing a suitable EMI and to restrain them from taking possession of his vehicle bearing Registration No.OD09-T-1497 (Truck). 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mallick, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Branch Manager, Axis Bank Ltd., has intimated the Petitioner that on payment of Rs.2,00,000/-, his grievance will be considered. 4.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Financer-Bank for redressal of his grievance. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
