Learned counsel for the Petitioner while praying to withdraw the BLAPL and I.A. submits to grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court concerned, if the cause of action still survives for the Petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, both the BLAPL and I.A. stand disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty to the Petitioner.
