RJ The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 2nd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned State Administrative Tribunal upon its abolition.
On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was never taken up after 03.01.2013.
The original applicant before the learned Tribunal seeking promotion to the post of Head Clerk while the applicant was working as Senior Clerk, Chandbali Tahasil in the district of Bhadrak.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
