2. When the matter was taken up on 17.2.2022, none had appeared for the petitioner and to grant another opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 4.3.2022.

3. On 4.3.2022, following order was passed : "This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. None appears for the petitioner. None had also appeared when the matter was called on 17.02.2022.

The original application was filed in the year 2012 by the applicant who was aged about 46 years, working as Headmaster of Govt. Secondary Training School, Kuanmunda in the district of Sundargarh inter alia challenging the letter dated 29.11.2012 (Annexure-4) issued by the Government of Odisha, School and Mass Education Department issuing order of holding a Review DPC Meeting on 30.11.2012.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said Annexure-4 dated 29.11.2012 was in obedience of the order passed in OA No.155(c)/2010 and OA No.154(c)/2010. It is further submitted that by passage of time, nothing would survive for adjudication in the present writ petition and the promotions granted, if any, in view of the DPC held on 30.11.2012 have been given effect to and the rights of the parties have crystallized. To grant another opportunity to the petitioner, list on 28.03.2022."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present.

5. Learned Standing Counsel reiterates the submissions as recorded in the order dated 4.3.2022.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of due to lack of instruction from the petitioner granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
