None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.
On perusal of records, it is seen that with the passage of time, the subject matter of dispute has lost its relevancy and the relief sought by the Petitioner has become infructuous. 4.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the event if it is found that the cause of action still survives, Petitioner is at liberty to revive the same by filing an application.

With the above observation, the writ petition thus stands dismissed.
