1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner filed the O.A. assailing the office order No.2418 dated 07.10.2013 passed by the respondent No.3 directing the respondent No.4 to act as In-charge Headmaster of Mahatav Nodal U.P. School, Dist. Jajpur. It is stated that the petitioner is the senior most Assistant Teacher of the said School.

4. In view of the fact that the case was filed in the year, 2013 and at that point of time, the petitioner was about 51 years old and as on today, he must have attained the age of superannuation, the cause of action would have lost its significance. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
