01.
1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. The applicant-petitioner has filed O.A. before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack challenging the Advertisement No.6254 dated 27.06.2013 published by the respondent No.3 for the post of staff nurse, wherein the respondent No.3 instead of fixing upper age limit to 35 years, fixed the same as 32 years for general candidates. It does not keep five years age relaxation for women in the said advertisement, thereby the petitioner and other candidates have deprived for applying the said post.
4. Since the advertisement was of the year, 2013, by efflux of time, it might have lost its significance. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
