The Petitioner has sought for a direction to the Opposite Parties to calculate the Petitioner's pay and other allowances at par with the Govt. Teachers in terms of ORSP, Rules 1974 along with pension and other consequential benefits thereof and disburse the same.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter. A memo to that effect has been filed in Court.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive the writ petition within a period of 30 days, if cause of action still subsists. (M.S. Raman) Judge Aks
