As it appears, ventilating his grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation on 17.11.2014 before Headmaster V.S.S. Nagar Government High School with regard to release of arrear house rent of his famter, P.C. Prusty, Night Watchman (Retd). 3.

Since the representation is of the year 2014 the same may not be available before the authority concerned. Therefore, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioners, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority concerned, within fifteen days hence, the said authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order. 4.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
