01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. Even though the present writ Petition has filed challenging the communications issued on 09.11.2016 and 05.06.2017 under Annexure-6 & 7, but it is submitted that the Petitioner does not want to challenge those communications as in the meantime basing on the communication issued by the Govt. on 06.02.2018, the Petitioner has been paid with his withheld gratuity. But it is submitted that the Petitioner is entitled to get interest on the said withheld gratuity.
4. In view of that the writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the Petitioner to make an application before O.P. No. 1 in that regard within a period of two (2) weeks from today. O.P. No. 1 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of two
(2) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
