2. Heard.

3. The petitioner has challenged the office order dated 07.11.2013 (Annexure-3) and dt.19/20.11.2013(Annexure-4) issued by the Secretary to Govt. Deptt. Of Rural Development, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar arising out of order of conviction dt.17.08.2013 dt.17.08.2013 of Special Judge (Vigilance) Balangir in CTR No.9/2009 seeking a direction to the opposite parties not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till disposal of all the litigations including the 'Admitted' appeal vide CRLA No.421 of 2013 pending before this Court.

4. Since the matter was of the year 2013, the cause of action seems to have extinguished by now. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.

6. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

7. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
