3. The petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite parties as he was asked by them to hand over the charge of ABEO, Garadpur Block and to serve as Headmaster of Ananta Jagulai Girls M.E.School. The said decision has been reflected in the verification paragraph of the Original Application.
4. It appears that by the time of filing of O.A. in the year 2013, the petitioner was 51 year-old. So, the petitioner must have attained the age of superannuation by now.
5.In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
