Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar- Opposite Party No.2 is not accepting the demarcation request. Without entering into such controversy, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes in the event a demarcation request is made by the Petitioners at least within seven days hence, the Tahasildar, Opposite Party No.2 shall do well in registering the same and disposing of the same in accordance with law by completing such exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
