2. The original application has been filed challenging the action of the respondents in misinterpreting the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in C.A. Nos.3190 of 1999 and 4670 of 1999 and the order dated 25.01.2007 of O.A.T., Cuttack passed in O.A. No.232(C)/2007.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case is of the year, 2013, the cause of action does not survive.
