3. Considering the nature of prayer made in the writ Petition, the writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the O.P. No. 2 to dispose of the proceeding alleged to have been initiated against the Petitioner in the year 2013 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of this Order, if it has not yet been disposed of in the meantime.
