1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for her alleged involvement in the offences under Sections 498-A/302/304-B/302/34 of IPC and Section-4 of D.P Act.

3. Learned counsel for the State in placing the case diary submits that the entire allegation points towards the Petitioner.

4. Keeping in view the submission of the parties, the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences further that the allegations are primarily pointed to the Petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. Accordingly the prayer for bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is dismissed.
