This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

Heard learned counsel for State.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner for payment of Trained Graduate scale of pay to the Petitioner i.e. Rs.1,400/- to Rs.2,600/- from June, 1995 i.e. 22.06.1995 to 31st December, 1995 and revision pay from 01.01.1996 till 07.05.2003 and further revision pay from the year 2003 till 2008.

On perusal of the writ petition, it is seen that the grievance of the Petitioner is pending before the authority for consideration of the representation dated 27.06.2011 under Annexure-7. 6.

In such view of the matter and keeping in view the long pendency of the issue before the authority/tribunal, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Education Officer, Khurda-Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 26.07.2011 under Annexure-7 within a period of

// 2 // eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case such a representation is pending, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the District Education Officer, Khurda-Opposite Party No.3 in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.

It is needless to mention here that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
