It is alleged, there is verbal threatening of eviction even in continuance of the licence of the Petitioner. For the settled position of law, there is no room for verbal threatening of eviction. In the circumstance, while disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, there cannot be any eviction on verbal threatening and without following due process of law.
