Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein in the matter of disposal of Lease Case No.5/2016 within a time frame, this Court directs the Competent Authority to conclude such proceeding, if the same is still pending, at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. In the meantime, the Petitioner, if so advised, may request the Tahasildar, Nischintakoili, O.P.3 for not undertaking any exercise of eviction, if not done by now, at least till disposal of Lease Case No.5/2016.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
