1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner had filed the original application before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, which has been transferred to this Court.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the impugned orders dated 11.09.2013 and 30.11.2013 and the show cause notice dated 19.12.2013 under Annexures 10, 13 and 15 and seeks to quash the same, which are sought to terminate the petitioner as Primary School Teacher.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed. So, the cause of action does not survive any more.
