Heard Mr. S.K. Dalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. R.C. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for opposite parties no.2 & 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as aforesaid.
