Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Recording he submission of Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor that hearing of the dispute pursuant to final direction of this Court in the disposal of in W.P.(C) No.26407 of 2021 ix in progress but there is some obstruction for non-cooperation of both the partiers at some stages. There is some dispute. 3.

Without entering in to such controversy, this Court disposes of the contempt petition giving one month more time for working out of the order dated 29.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C).No.26407 of 2021. This Court also clarifies that non-cooperation of either of the party cannot construed as an obstruction in not giving final outcome. 4.

CONTC stands disposed of.
