This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.
This Court, vide order dated 14.02.2022, called upon learned counsel for the petitioner to file an affidavit indicating whether the petitioner has vacated the quarter or not. But till date the same has not been filed. In the meantime, more than six months have been passed.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Needless to say, if the petitioner has not vacated the quarter, the opposite parties are directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
