This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called. 3.

Heard Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel for the State. 4.

Upon perusal of the writ petition, it is seen that the petition has been filed for fixation of scale of pay of Multi Purpose Health Supervisor (Male) in the sale of pay of Rs.4750-7500 w.e.f. 01.01.1996 and further prayed for consequential pay revision of O.R.S.P. Rules, 2008.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter was filed of the year 2012. In the meantime, a decade of time has elapsed. Therefore, the grievance of the Petitioner must have been redressed and as such, the matter has become infructuous. 6.

Since none appears for the Petitioner, while disposing of the matter as infructuous, this Court further directs that in the event cause of action still survives, it is open for the Petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority stating therein all his

// 2 // grievances along with supporting documents. In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation. 7.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
