This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the opp. Parties for giving their respective show cause or within a stipulated time, or giving of show cause filed by them, found to be insufficient or nor filed in time then the petitioners may be allowed to produce with the case for compensation the O.P No.1 to 3 may be denied to get compensation as they are no way connected with the deceased for the same.
And If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficiently cause, the rule may please be made absolute;
And To pass such other order (s) /direction (s) as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper.
And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the record it appears that Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3 have filed a MAC Case No. 325 of 2016 under Section 166 of
// 2 // Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, which is pending before 1st Additional District Judge-cum-MACT, Cuttack for adjudication. 4.
In view of the above, the prayer made in this writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition being misconceived stands dismissed.
