This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Palai, learned counsel prays for an adjournment on behalf of Mr. Sahani, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 25th October, 2019 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)-cum- Nyayadhikari, Grama Nyayalaya, Tangi, whereby an application to send the signature as well as the thumb impression of the Plaintiff for obtaining the opinion of expert has been rejected.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that the matter was listed on 18th March, 2020, when direction was made for removal of defects. Again on 26th September, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioners and it was made clear that no further prayer for
// 2 // adjournment at the instance of the Petitioners shall be entertained on the next date.

In view of the above, the submission of Mr. Palai, learned counsel cannot be entertained.
