Heard Mr. G. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nath, learned counsel for the opposite party. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to extend the period for deposit of academic fees under Annexure-2, and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to initiate and finalize the first examination process for petitioner's student due in December, 2021.

Mr. G.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has deposited the fees before the authority concerned and receipt of the same has also been acknowledged by the authority.
