1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the action of the opposite party no.2 for concluding the Departmental Proceeding initiated against him vide Annexure-1 and to award him punishment therein without considering his prayer in proper prospective.
4. Since the case is pertaining to the year 2012, the cause of action raised in this petition has lost its relevancy. Accordingly, the WPC(OAC) has become infructuous.
5. However, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
6. In view of the above, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.
