The Original Application No. 1242(C) of 2013 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 1242 of 2013.

The petitioner while continuing as Level-V Teacher under Elementary Cadre Rule, 1997 has filed the Original Application with a grievance that Zilla Parishad teachers being not treated as Elementary Cadre Teachers are ignored for submission of application for engagement as Cluster Resource Centre Co-ordinators (CRCC) and Block Resource Centre Co-Ordinaters (BRCC). Learned Tribunal vide order dated 29th April, 2013 while issuing notice on the question of admission passed the following interim order: "xxxx So far as interim prayer is concerned, selection process for engagement of CRCC of Jajpur district may continue, but no engagement order as against the post of CRCC shall be issued in respect of selected candidates, working as Zilla Parishad Teachers, without the leave of this Tribunal.

However, pendency of this O.A. shall not be a bar for the Collector, Jajpur to consider the grievance of the

// 2 // applicant as has been made in his representation dtd. 19.4.2013 (Annexure-4).

Order be communicated to the respondents alongwith the paper books at the cost of the applicant." 3.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. L. K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.

In view of such submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
