1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The applicant-petitioner being a widow has filed the original application seeking direction from the learned Tribunal to the respondents for disbursement of family pension, DCRG, unutilized leave salary and other admissible dues as her husband while working as Senior Resident under Respondent No.3 expired.
3. In paragraph-3 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.3, it is reflected that the respondent No.3 has already complied with the grievance raised in the original application.
4. In view such facts, the WPC(OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
