This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to take action against Opposite Party Nos.6 to 8 for construction of building over the land of the Petitioners. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 3rd January, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioners to pursue the matter. A copy of the writ petition has also not been served on the learned State Counsel.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
